Shipping FAQS

1. How long will it take for my order to be processed and shipped?

For in stock items, processing takes 1 - 7 business days usually. Orders are typically shipped out once a week, and this is an artist run shop where everything is managed, packed, and shipped by one person~  so your patience is greatly appreciated! When the item has been processed you will receive a notification via E-mail.

*Please note that items purchased through PayPal can sometimes take several extra days to be processed! Items are not shipped until payment has been cleared.


2. I bought something on pre-order, When will it ship? What is the status of my preorder?

All preorders will have the general date for shipping listed on the page of the item you purchased.  Please keep in mind sometimes things get delayed a week or two and once they arrive it can take a few days to sort out and begin shipping orders! We have to inspect and pack things so it takes a little time.  All updates and news related to your product will be posted on the item's page within the shop, so please check there before mailing to request information/updates! Delays, or announcements that the items have arrived and have begun to ship out will all be placed on the items pages so you can stay informed with any info we have!


3. I bought something and now I need to change my address.

When placing your order please make sure you put down the correct address, or a safe non temporary address if you have pre-ordered something. For example, if you are away at school and the preorder may ship when you are out for summer vacation, it may be best to send it to your parents house.  In case of an unexpected change in address please contact us by mail and we can try to adjust your address if the item has not already shipped, but it does get confusing so please try and triple check your information to avoid this.

4. Can you ship my item for a cheaper rate?

Shipping rates are currently being tweaked and adjusted these first few months to get the pricing perfect for each area so they may reduce slightly over time, but for now they are set prices. We apologize and our doing our best to improve!

5.  I need my item ASAP do you offer overnight shipping?

All usa orders are shipped priority (with the exception of select small items) so they will arrive in the USA fairly quickly.  If you need something ASAP with even faster shipping or fulfillment you can try reaching out to us through the mail, but we may not be able to accommodate! For international orders please contact us directly if you need priority express shipping or fully tracked shipping, but be warned it is super expensive sadly!

6. My item is still not here and its been forever!
Check your mailbox for your E-mail confirmation, this will have your packing date, tracking info, or customs form if you are international. Keep in mind your item (especially if its international) may still take up to 7 days to be shipped from the date it was packed in the office since we only mail once or twice a week!  Also, for international orders please note that your items have to clear customs! Sometimes that goes very quickly, sometimes it can be held up several weeks!  It all depends on your country, so please keep your customs form number handy because once it leaves the USA it is out of our hands and up to you to keep watch on the item with that number. 
We ship to the postage address you provide, so if it turns out that it was written incorrectly and is returned or goes missing, we are not responsible to replace or resend the item~ please make sure all your information is up to date and correct when ordering :)

Return & Exchange FAQS

1. I ordered something and I need a different size or changed my mind

I'm sorry, but we do not give refunds for size or other issues because almost all the items listed are pre-order and ordered based on what you selected, please understand and read all posted measurements carefully before making your choice!  We try to list fit advice (runs large, runs small) when we notice it!

2. I received the wrong item, or am missing an item in my order

Whoops!  We are human, and very sorry about that!  Please contact us and we will look into it for you to make sure, please send a photo if we make an obvious mistake like sending the wrong size or art print.
